P.A.U.S.E. is the first of the TEEN Coaching workshops and is ideal for anyone wanting to learn or up-skill in behaviour management techniques for working with teenagers who present as ‘challenging’. This full-day workshop invites participants to reflect on day to day challenges they face with young people, while exploring common sense solutions to help resolve and reduce these challenges.

P.A.U.S.E. also helps deepen participant’s understanding of the importance of reflective practice when working with young people from problematic backgrounds, while offering a framework which can be adapted into any youth setting to help develop consistency among staff teams in the management of challenging behaviour.

What does P.A.U.S.E. do?
